To initiate an exchange or return:

Include your full name and order number in your return package.

Once item is received, we will send you the exchange item or for returns, credit the card on file or provide store credit if within 30 days. Please note, refunds are for the value of the item ordered + tax (not shipping). A return/exchange after 30 days and before 60 days, will be issued a store credit.

*Examples of flaws include: non-functional or broken clasp or jump rings, excessive fading or discoloration (beyond normal variations where noted on product description), loose stitching on totes or bags. This policy only covers flaws in construction and does not include products damaged through normal wear, accident, misuse, expected tarnishing, or other factors.
