However, If you are not fully satisfied with your product, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of any unworn pieces. Follow our return steps below within 30-60 days of shipping date for a refund or exchange.

Step 1- Please fill out the form below to initiate the return/exchange process.
Step 2- Ship your unworn item back to us. Once we receive your item and ensure that it is in resellable condition, we will process your return/exchange. Please ship your item to this address:

Within 30 days of shipment date:

If your item is unworn, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit. The refund amount or store credit will be the cost of the item plus tax back to your original payment method or issued as a store credit. Store credits are redeemed at checkout by clicking on the Sky Wallet button. We do not refund original shipping costs. Items must be unworn / unused and in resellable condition.

If your item is unworn, we will exchange your item for something different. You may select something of equal or lesser value and we will refund your original payment or issue a store credit if there is a difference in price. If you would like to exchange for something that costs more than your original item, we can charge you for the difference. We do not refund original shipping costs. If your item is unworn, we will issue a store credit to your Sky Wallet in your Threads account which can be redeemed on a future purchase during checkout. The store credit amount will be the cost of the item plus tax. We do not refund original shipping costs. Items must be unworn / unused and in resellable condition.

EXCHANGES:

DAMAGED ITEMS WITHIN 180 DAYS (6 months) of shipment date

If within 180 days (6 months) from shipment date you have a construction flaw, we will replace your item or issue a store credit to your Sky Wallet in your Threads account. Please email [email protected] a picture of your damaged item and include your full name and order number in the subject line.

*Examples of flaws include: non-functional or broken clasp or jump rings, excessive fading or discoloration (beyond normal variations where noted on product description), loose stitching on totes or bags. This policy only covers flaws in construction and does not include products damaged through normal wear, accident, misuse, expected tarnishing, or other factors.
