We offer free shipping on returns and exchanges! To begin the process, please complete the returns/exchange form below.

WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SHIPPING DATE

To exchange an unworn item in saleable condition for another item of the same value, fill out the form below. We’ll send you the new item plus, include a free return label to send back the original piece.**

To exchange an unworn item in saleable condition for an item of different value, fill out the form below. We’ll send you the item and include a free return label and charge or credit the difference to the card on file.**

For a refund on an unworn item in saleable condition, fill out the form below. We will email you a return label. Let us know in the form below if you aren’t able to print and need us to mail you a label. Once we receive the item, we will credit back the original payment method for the product value and tax (not shipping) within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. Please note that it can take an additional 3 business days to show up in your credit card account. If you do not see the refund within 10 business days, please email us at [email protected] so we can look into it for you.**

**Original item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. If the original item isn’t received within 14 days, we’ll assume you love both pieces and charge the card on file.

WITHIN 31-60 DAYS OF SHIPPING DATE

To return an unworn item in saleable condition between 31 and 60 days of the original shipment date, fill out the form below. We will email you a return label and happily credit your Threads account (sky wallet) once we receive your item. Original shipping charges on returned items are not credited and are non-refundable. Item must be received in Threads Worldwide Home Office before we issue a credit.**

**Original item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. If the original item isn’t received within 14 days, we’ll assume you love both pieces and charge the card on file.

365 Day Limited Warranty for Product Defect

Within 365 days of the original shipment date, we will happily provide a replacement (of the same or similarly priced item) at no additional cost if you experience a construction flaw. Examples of flaws include:

  • Non-functional or broken clasp or jump rings
  • Excessive fading or discoloration (beyond normal variations where noted on product description)
  • Loose stitching on totes or bags

Please fill out the form below. We will send you a replacement and include a return label to send back the flawed piece. This policy only covers flaws in construction and does not include products damaged through normal wear, accident, misuse, expected tarnishing, or other factors.
